Issue Title

Potin Rod is not registered for a recipe in the GT Lathe.

Expected Behavior

Recipe should show in NEI, and when Potin Ingot is inserted, it should provide 1 Potin Rod and 2 Small Potin Dust

Current Behavior

As no recipe is listed, nothing happens.

Possible Solution

Implement recipe. Might be worth checking other components to see if they're missing them.
