Issue Title

Plasma to regular material exists for most materials that have a plasma except for the ones that would give molten metal.

Expected Behavior

I expect to be able to cool a metal plasma down into a molten metal in the vac freezer

Current Behavior

The recipes wanted do not exist and this state is inconsistent with existing recipes.

Possible Solution

Add the recipe for the advanced vacuum freezer, the regular one will have issues as plasma and molten cells do not store the same amounts.
