Cutting Factory and Material Forming Press Error

Issue Title
1: Cutting Factory not working/correct forming
2: Material Forming Press
Expected Behavior
- Placing the Control Core Modul Block in the Cutting Factory should be forming
- The Color of the Material Forming Press ist not changing when the block ist forming
Current Behavior
- Cutting Factory is not forming correct
- The Material Forming press is working but the color are not changing
Game Environment
2.0.6.8 Version of Gregtech new Horizons
GT++ 1.7.03.89
Also include:
- Gregtech version: 5.09.33.10
- GT++ 1.7.03.89
Misc Info
Check all that apply ([ ] -> [x] - use a lowercase x)
- Using GT:NH/GT:New Horizons?
- Single Player?
- Multi Player?
Hope this is Ok don't really know the rest sry ^^
FYI, this happens on both with Control Cores explicitly disabled, too.
