RP-1 is FAR too expensive. At the moment, it costs 80 cells of diesel per cell. My suggested changes:

1. Kerosene is 2:1 instead of 8:1.
2. Kerosene is made by distilling heavy fuel, instead of diesel (doesn't make much sense to me to be distilling a finished product, but it wouldn't really change too much.)
3. The conversion of "RP-1 rocket fuel" to "RP-1 fuel mixture" is 1:1 instead of 5:1.
   These changes would make it cost 4 cells of heavy fuel per RP-1, instead of 80 cells of diesel.

Next, you'll need to remove the easy 1,1-dimethylhydrazine recipe. There's a second, much easier recipe using chloramine and dimethylamine, or methanol, ammonia and hypochlorous acid in the LCR.

I'd also suggest increasing the yield for 1,1. Both dense hydrazine and CN3H7O3 yield around 2.5 cells per cell of hydrazine, which I think is fair since hydrazine is pretty expensive and complex, but H8N4C2O4 requires OVER 2 cells hydrazine PLUS 2 cells formaldehyde per cell created.
As such, I would suggest making the 1,1- recipe yield 2 cells per 1 hydrazine+1 formaldehyde, instead of half a cell at present, which would put the cost of H8N4C2O4 more in line with the other complex fuels, at a little under 2 cells per hydrazine, without changing its complexity to craft.

Also, rocket fuels aren't actually usable in rocket engines.
