Tumbaga Dust Hand Craft Recipe is wrong[GT-PlusPlus-1.7.02.89-beta]

Expected Behavior

Recipes that craft it by hand can only make 6 dust.

Current Behavior

Now recipes that craft it by hand can make 10 dust.
