Stellite Rotor can only be assembled, not extruded, casted, or anything like that

Running GTNH 2.0.7.5 with GT-PlusPlus-1.7.02.99-pre

I was expecting to be able to cast or extrude a Stellite rotor like you can do with any other
material type. However those can only be made in an assembler or crafted by hand.

I assume those recipes are unique to GTNH and I've never noticed nor been asked to add them.
