Expected Behavior

2 iv energy hatches should be able to do LuV recipys like a normal ebf

Current Behavior

it does not want to do LuV recipys

Possible Solution

the ability to make a multie block a tier higher with 2 hatches should be added to the volcanus ebf and cryogenic freezer
