Current Behavior

1 selenium dioxide makes ~1.8 selinium
but 1 selenium can be made in to 3 selenium dioxide
tis gives ~5.8 selenium per selenium

Possible Solution

remove the selenium -> selenium dioxide
selenium dioxide has no other uses then to make selenium
