BlazingPyrotheum dupe when using it with Tinker's Smeltery[GT-PlusPlus-1.7.02.99-pre]

Expected Behavior

Working well that BlazingPyrotheum as a fuel for Tinker's Smeltery.

Current Behavior

BlazingPyrotheum can be used as fuel and be consumed for Tinker's Smeltery, but it will not be consumed if the SheardTank is replaced.
Also, when using BlazingPyrotheum as fuel for Tinker's Smeltery, the fuel meter and the contents of Tinker's Smeltery are not displayed properly.
