The Phtalic acid from GT is not interchangeable with the Phtalic acid from GT++

The fluids in question:

It would be neat if they could substitute each other in recipes, so that I don't have to make an entire new production line for the same chemical that already exists. Keeping both recipes of course would also be a good idea, because more options to get a desired chemical are never bad.

This is GTNH 2.0.7.5 with GT++ build number 386, but I do believe the same thing exists in previous versions as well.
