Crash with any version newer than v1.7.0-prerelease-3

Issue Title
I am using a fork of GT5U which allows me to play with GT6 simultaneously. All GT5U addons work fine, except for GT++, although that only is true for any version newer than "1.7.0-prerelease-3".
Expected Behavior
I expected the game to start normally.
Current Behavior
It crashes instead (here's the crash report with AdoptOpenJDK: https://pastebin.com/2sthkTmA
here without AdoptOpenJDK: https://pastebin.com/7W4HXqQb
).
Possible Solution
The crash with AdoptOpenJDK seems to be a bit different, so it could be incompatible with that, but I believe that it's just incompatible with that GT5U fork.
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
(not a bug, so I can't really say anything else)
Context
I'd like to be able to play with GT++ as it gives GT5U a lot more depth, hence why I'd like to play on newer GT++ versions.
Game Environment
It's a GT6+GT5U fusion modpack. It works great otherwise: TecTech, bartworks, etc., all work fine, same for GT6 addons like qwertech.
If you are using a Modpack:
- Modpack Name: /
- Version used: /
- Download Link if possible: /
If not using a modpack:
- Mod List - Upload to Pastie/Pastebin/etc: https://pastebin.com/eWwsL6QB
Also include:
- Gregtech version: 5.09.31 (custom fork: https://github.com/DbpGaming/GT509-bde-gt546 )
- IC2 version: 2-2.2.828-experimental
- Java version: 1.8.0_201
- Operating System: Windows 7
Misc Info
Check all that apply ([ ] -> [x] - use a lowercase x)
- Using GT:NH/GT:New Horizons?
- Single Player?
- Multi Player?
The version I tried this out with is the latest one as far as I am aware (I compiled the DevTop branch; DevTop-400).
It also still happens with version 1.7.04. And I also noticed that using versions older than v1.7.0-prerelease-3, while I am able to play with it, I can't add too many mods as it then crashes with the error "Array index out of range": https://pastebin.com/bWrpZiL2
Let me know is this build above (Or any subsequent) works to resolve the weird crash you've posted.
I can't really check whether it fixed that "Array index out of range"-crash as it still crashes with the "J9VMIntervals"-error: https://pastebin.com/K6jze3ZK
The crash report now mentions "GregtechIndustrialFishPond" instead of "GregtechIndustrialBlastSmelter": https://pastebin.com/vNSkHvuD
As the project has been privatized, I can no longer see if commits have been recently made regarding this issue, so please contact me in case there's anything new. Thanks in advance!
I got a new, different crash with version 1.7.05.53a (the one in GTNH 2.0.9.0-beta4-final-fix): https://hastebin.com/afuqugeqen.rb
My mod list has also been changed: https://hastebin.com/raw/ecicomeyet
Already fixed in - #686
