Thaumcraft's Electro-Magic Tools, Graviation Suite, and Advanced Solar Panels, in GTNH, add various upgraded nanosuit and quantumsuit parts. These parts should provide the same hazmat effect as the base nano/quantum suits do.

Disclaimer: I'm a GTNH player so I may not be aware of how well this would be balanced with more vanilla mod configurations.
IMO only the very top tier Thaumcraft armors should have hazmat protection added to them, as they already tend to give you protection from various harmful environmental effects so it only feels fitting that they would also act as hazmat suits. These are the awakened KAMI set (already protects from lava, drowning), Primordial set (protects from various potion effects in aqua mode), and the Shadow Fortress set (which pretty much just makes you neigh-invincible from normal attacks).
Maybe a good idea to throw in other top tier armors from Draconic Evolution as well, though I'm not familiar with their functionality.
