Issue Title

Cann't smelt Strontium with AlloyBlastSmelter [1.7.02.99-pre and 1.7.04.422]`

Expected Behavior

Strontium Oxide Dust + Aluminium Dust ⇒ Strontium Ingot×1,Aluminium Ingot×1,Oxygen Gass×1000L

Current Behavior

Strontium Oxide Dust + Aluminium Dust ⇒ Oxygen Gass×1000L

Context
