Current Behavior

GT pipes are difficult to handle when overflowing, so if GT storage such as SuperChest is full, the network will be clogged

Possible Solution

So I suggest that adding Overflow Item Cover for Some GT storage.

The basic function is that when a new item input to the full GT storage that it is installed, it will be erased.
Right-click(-5％) or Right-click with ScrewDriver(-25％) on the cover or to set the percentage to erase.
