Issue Title

When you check a Dehydrator recipe by clicking in the middle of a Dehydrator's GUI, or checking a recipe in NEI (Raisins for example), it says Chemical Dehydrator, not Dehydrator, leading to confusion as to what device can make it, prompting one to assume you can only make it in a Chemical version, which is EV, unlike the starter MV version.

Possible Solution

Change the name in NEI from Chemical Dehydrator to just Dehydrator.
