Issue Title

Alloy Blast Smelter not respecting Circuit in current input bus 1.7.03.01(1.7.03.45) - In 2.0.8.6 of GTNH

(The jar is labeled as 1.7.05.20)

Expected Behavior

The furnace produces silicon carbide, because another input bus has a #2 circuit in it.

Current Behavior

Make Molten Eglin Steel in an alloy blast smelter, using Eglin Base recipe. Ingredients are put into an input bus with a #3 circuit in it. Instead of producing Eglin Steel, it uses 1 silicon and 1 carbon to produce Silicon Carbide.

Possible Solution

Respect the circuit in the current input bus. I believe it used it.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Put #2 circuit in one input bus. In another input bus, add #3 circuit, 10 Eglin Steel Base, 4 silicon, 1 carbon, 1 sulfur.

Context

Autocrafting Eglin steel is impossible without a separate ABF

Game Environment

GTNH 2.0.8.6

input busses arent seperated for the alloy blast smelter

Oh, I thought I had it all working at one point. I guess I just got lucky.

Could this be a feature request, then?
