Issue Title

See GTNewHorizons/GT-New-Horizons-Modpack#5012.

Basically, is there a reason for it to be LuV instead of IV? If no, could the material could be changed to an IV one?

Context

I want to make the Wire Factory in IV, and it using zeron seems like it might be an oversight.
