Issue Title

1. When you have all 3 circuits in a input bus, it ignores the fish one, but uses the other two. Same if you have the fish plus junk or treasure, no fish.
2. It says 'Aquatic Casings (all non-hatches)'. Presumably this means no more than the minimum needed. But you can replace at least 1/4 (or more) of the structure with busses just fine.
