Pu239 gt++ and gt variant incompatible

gt pu239 and gt++ pu239 should be just one item or at least be unified via oredict or be convertible into each other.

They are not. They have different oredict entries. There is also no way to convert them into each other.

context for me: gt-pu239 is quite useful in gtnh, but the gt++ breeder recipes only give the -currently useless- gt++ pu239.
