Expected Behavior

From what I understand the recipe should take the UV cell, 4 dense americium plates and some amount of Krypton or something like that.

Current Behavior

the recipe is only the UV cell and 4 dense americium plates. no fluid. All the other tiers do have a fluid.
From what alk said on discord this is not intentional but likely some problem with other stuff in GTNH.

Possible Solution

no idea. check the recipe to start with, figure out what is interfering. maybe the fluid name has just been changed.
