Issue

Doing many recipes of: Nitrogen Tetroxide which uses Orange metal Catalyst
Setup: Robust Tungstensteel machine casings/zpm machine casings/naq alloy coils

Problem:

the first catalyst gets stuck on 1/50, but the recipes continue otherwise. And you get more and more (empty) catalyst carriers in the output bus.

This is the first recipe with catalysts I have done, so might be happening for just this one/many/all.

Edit: It gets more weird. After the above I made formaldehyde with the formaldehyde catalyst that doesn't use a catalyst carrier, and I still get empty catalyst carriers in my output. For now, it also hasn't used any catalyst (96 recipes).

Edit2, bonus round: Even a recipe that does not use any catalyst spits out empty catalyst carriers:
