Expected Behavior

Inserted GT++ Rainforest Oak Logs along with Oak Planks into an Assembler to make chests. Nothing happened, had to change the logs for other vanilla type.
Tried inserting Rainforest Oak Saplings into Ender IO Farming Station, they don't go in.
Also the Rainforest Oak Saplings from GT++ are missing Brewery, Assembler, Carpenter and DNA Extractor recipes, as well as Burn Value.
