Issue Title

GT++ Thermal Boiler multiblock does not form properly/errors out on chunk reload, GTNH v2.0.9.0 (also v2.0.8.3)

Expected Behavior

Tried to use GT++ Thermal Boiler multiblock (1953:875); formed it and fixed maintenance problems.

Current Behavior

On each chunk reload the boiler controller becomes a purple error block (".name" in WAILA) and breaking/replacing it makes the multiblock not function. Maintenance problems cannot be fixed even multiblock has formed (WAILA lists has problems but not incomplete structure). Separately, formation of the multiblock seems to be buggy - sometimes a given configuration will let it form, other times not.

reproduce this bug. Include code to reproduce, if relevant.

  1. Build Thermal Boiler multiblock (this seems buggy also) - structure that I found formed properly was 3x3x3, muffler hatch top centered, output hatch bottom centered, input hatch left centered, input/output bus on right side touching, maintenance hatch touching controller.
  2. Fix maintenance problems, if multiblock formed correctly.
  3. Reload the chunk (logging out and back in does the trick)

Trying to process pahoehoe lava from Large Heat Exchanger for additional steam and byproducts
