[Lag][Compact Kinetic Water Generators] - High tick time consumption from kinetic generators

Compact kinetic generators consume significant tick time [CompactKineticGenerators-1.7.10-1.0]
Current Behavior
As mentioned on discord, profiling using tick profiler shows the kinetic generators as first results, i.e. consuming high tick time
Context
Profiling using Visualvm [2.0.3]:
