Expected Behavior

There should be a recipe that cuts rubber log into rubber planks by saw like other wood types.

Actual Behavior

There is no recipe that cuts rubber log into rubber planks by saw.

Steps to Reproduce

• Check the usage of rubber log and found there is no such a recipe.
• Check the recipes of rubber planks and found there is no such a recipe.
• Check the usage of saws and found there is no such a recipe.

Additional Information

There is currently no way to multiplicate rubber planks because of this and #1048.
