Expected Behavior

The World Accelerator should accept up to 6A. The tooltip stating how much energy it holds should match how much energy it holds.

Hitting the World Accelerator with a soft mallet should stop the machine from consuming energy,

Actual Behavior

Only 1A of energy is accepted regardless of operating mode.

Hitting the machine with a soft mallet does not stop the machine from consuming energy.

Also the tooltip for energy it holds is off by a factor of 4.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place HV World Accelerator
2. Power it with as many amps as you feel like (I used an HV 16A Energy Converter)
3. Notice it only accepts 1A in but consumes multiple amps per operation, thus flashing on and off rapidly
4. Hit it with a soft mallet, notice it continues to consume power despite working disabled

Additional Information

The World Accelerator consumes either 3A or 6A depending on what mode it is set to. However, it only accepts 1A of energy input.
