Expected Behavior

Fluid drill produces oil or whatever else for whichever fluid bedrock vein it is placed in.

Actual Behavior

Fluid drill does not produce any liquid whilst properly assembled, has a output hatch, and properly supplied energy.

Steps to Reproduce

Play gregtech modern on 1.1.4 or above
Make fluid drilling rig

Additional Information

Tested 1.1.3 to 1.1.4.b, happens in all versions after 1.1.3.b (1.1.4 to current)

Confirmed happening in an instance with no other mods, as well as the machine is not likely voiding the liquid as no power is being used
