Items with Wrench tags show Wrench overlay on machines but don't work as Wrenches

Expected Behavior

Holding an item with the #forge:tools/wrenches tag should display the Wrench overlay and allow the player to rotate a GT machine and allow rotating and changing output side on the machine.

Actual Behavior

Holding an item with the #forge:tools/wrenches tag displays the Wrench overlay on a machine, but right-clicking on the machine has no effect.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Assign the tag #forge:tools/wrenches to an item of your choice
  2. Hold the item with the newly added tag
  3. Look at a Gregtech machine. This should display the overlay
  4. Try relocating the output side. It doesn't work.

Additional Information

This is an inconsistency with the #forge:tools/screwdrivers tag and the #forge:tools/wire_cutters tag, for which items with the tag are usable as intended. Screenshot with the screwdriver in hand below:
