New powered armours cannot be used as ingredients for upgraded versions while their energy storage is not empty

Expected Behavior
Gregtech powered armour pieces can be used in crafting like normal (the nanomuscle helmet for example, using the night vision goggles)
Actual Behavior
When the ingredient armour's energy buffer is not empty (for example, it was left in your inventory with a discharging battery), it cannot be used for crafting.
Steps to Reproduce
- Make an armour to use as an ingredient
- Try to use it as an ingredient in crafting while its buffer is not empty

Also - armor can be created with filled energy buffers (like energium crystals for the nanomuscle suite), but the charge is voided, unlike in the case of powered tools where such a craft retains the energy.
An another related thing, an advanced electric jetpack just cannot be used for crafting at all. Tested it by spawning it in through creative mode and not letting it charge from my inventory, the recipe for the advanced chestplate still did not work.
