Expected Behavior

expected for super parallel hatch to work when say its set at 256 but only 40 items in input

Actual Behavior

doesnt work it just gets stuck on the first item in slot till it has enough of said item to work then processes the rest if possible tested with comb processer, bulk blast chiller, every large machine and rotary hearth furnace had to set every parrallel hatch to 1 in order for them to work

Steps to Reproduce

set a parrallel hatch to higher then item count in input turn on machine nothign happans i have only tested this with super parallel hatches

note i checked the other versions but it seems was a issue with steam this is in uhv levels of energy so i have no problem with power
