Expected Behavior

bedrock miner overclocks properly and gives the extra production mulitplier like fluid drills do

Actual Behavior

bedrock miner does not overclock and remains at the lower tier of the specified drill (happens on all)

Steps to Reproduce

build bedrock miner
give it a hatch of the drills higher tier
