Expected Behavior

The overclocked recipe should have twice the power usage instead of quadruple since:
4 * Power * 0.5 Time = 2 * Energy

Actual Behavior

The energy usage per recipe is quadrupled per overclock tier

Steps to Reproduce

Open any processing recipe in JEI
Left click on the energy tier to see the overclocked energy usage
