Expected Behavior
for the configuration settings regarding hazards and pollution to function.
Actual Behavior
they do not function, hazards are still active and can be observed by starting in a fresh world, with the appropriate "hazardsEnabled" line set to false, and then holding a hazardous material such as arsenic.
Steps to Reproduce
experience hazards and pollution effects when the configuration is set for them to be disabled.
