Metal Mixture Dust should work as a brown dye

Metal Mixture Dust does not work as a brown dye

Steps to Reproduce

/give @s gtceu:metal_mixture_dust
try to use it as brown dye

Additional Information

In GTCEu on Minecraft version 1.12.2, Metal Mixture Dust works as a brown dye. I understand that this is a very extremely minor bug, compared to all others like hazards etc, however, mina said me to make this issue cuz it Modern problem... however, don't get too mad at me! ':D
