Expected Behavior

Removal of recipes according to "RecipeRemoval"

Actual Behavior

None are removed.

Steps to Reproduce

Run dev enviroment on 1.21
Recipe viewer and also craftable.

Additional Information

Added recipes are fine.

It's potentially due to when GT loads. It's likely it loads before vanilla rather than after, obviously causing it not to register.
