Expected Behavior

Solid fuel boilers to accept fuel and burn it as it should creating steam

Actual Behavior

Water can be inputted but it doesnt allow you to input any fuel either through pipes or by hand

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place solid fuel boiler
2. insert water or dont
3. try and insert fuel

Additional Information

This could be caused by how neoforge handles stuff in later versions but unsure.
