Expected Behavior

Join the world, go into JEI and see the fluid vein when you search for it

Actual Behavior

Join the world, go into JEI click on the fluid and yet its not added or can be seen in JEI

Steps to Reproduce

Open the world, check JEI to see if the Veins were added, if not reload the world, then check again and you see them.

Additional Information

I have found the same issue with the Fluid Veins in Cosmic Frontiers, after you've reloaded the game for the first time they always appear, however if you restart the game again they are gone again and you need to reload once again.
