Found out in Gregtech Community Pack Modern, but tried it in an instance with just Gregtech, EMI, Ultimine and all of their dependants installed.
Expected Behavior
Mining most, if not all ores in range of the miner.
Actual Behavior
Since Tetrahedrite, Certus Quartz, and Topaz veins all generate at y-level 80-120 in the nether, they can generate next to the bedrock roof. Combine this with the height of the large miners and the fact that they can't mine above their base, then some veins will be impossible to fully mine.
A lot of that can't be mined unless you were to glitch above the nether roof and punch a hole through it.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to the nether
- Search for Tetrahedrite, Certus Quartz, and Topaz veins
- Eventually you'll find veins like these
Additional Information
This is really a QOL issue and probably not that important, but just wanted to point it out.
