Feature Description

Wood plates are used in place of #minecraft:planks in a lot of recipes (especially Assembling recipes)
One plank yields one plate, but one log can be macerated into 6 wood pulp, yielding an extra two plates
This would give wood plates another use and incentivise players to use one log -> 6 wood pulp -> 6 wood plates
Would also work similar to sawing logs in other mods like Create and Mekanism

Note 1: both treated and untreated plates need to be added to the tag
Note 2: I can implement this myself in the vanilla recipe PR, if approved
