Feature Description

Currently, tiers aren't colored in the item names

This breaks from them being colored in tooltips

Suggestion: Make the tier be colored in the names like so

Additionally, names for transformers, battery buffers, converters, and turbo chargers don't follow the tier color formatting

Note: Quantum chests and quantum tanks also don't follow the color formatting, but this one felt a bit pedantic to mention since they don't mention their tier in the tooltip
