Feature Description

If removeVanillaBlockRecipes is enabled, the only way to craft a lot of vanilla stone blocks and their variants (smooth, bricks, chiseled, etc.) are using the stonecutter. Adding back the vanilla recipe but requiring a file/saw would be pretty cool
