Can't use universal fluid cells or drums to extract from output slots

Expected Behavior
Being able to use universal fluid cells (UFC) / drums to remove fluids from machines
Actual Behavior
UFC / drums only work on input slots (eg mixer, left side of the chemical reactor).
If using a UFC / drum on an output slot it generates a click sound but doesn't transfer any fluids - doesn't matter if the UFCs are stacked or a single item.
Steps to Reproduce
- place an (MV) electrolyzer
- insert ruby dust or clay dust
- try to extract the resulting oxygen / water with either UFC or (steel) drums
if you output the gas / fluid using the side config to another machine (eg chemical reactor / mixer etc) you can then easily pick them up with UFC / drums from there.
