Expected Behavior

Gas turbines burn benzene and generate power

Actual Behavior

the gas turbines behave as if the have no fuel - but according to JEI/EMI 1mB of benzene should generate 352 EU for 0.55s

Steps to Reproduce

1. place down a (MV) gas turbine
2. put in benzene
3. the gas turbine does not start

Additional Information

I restarted the Minecraft instance completely to ensure it wasn't a fluke - yesterday I was using build 1052 where the gas turbines still worked.

The basic steam turbines also don't work - their tank is full of steam but no power is generated.
The high pressure steam boilers also do not burn fuel (creosote oil) and their temperature falls - but still generate steam at 812K.

Using gtceu-1.20.1-1.4.0-build_1058-SNAPSHOT:
Partly - the gas and steam turbines work again, the high pressure fluid boiler is still not burning fuel.
The low pressure steam solid boiler is also not burning coal.
