Expected Behavior
Capacitor block visuals match the ones in previous versions.
Actual Behavior
Capacitor blocks have their "top" and "bottom" texture on the sides, and the side texture on the top (but not the bottom?)
Steps to Reproduce
Place a capacitor block, observe it with your eyes
