Additional Information

So, this is rather odd.
Me and my friend have exactly the same CurseForge launchers and "mods" folder content, but i am able to join our dedicated Exaroton sever without any issues, and he gets this type of error message.
(had the same issue at GTCeu version 1.4.1 + patch 2)

welp, ended up not really related to GregTech.
but in case anyone else gets this issue: it helped to copy the "config" folder from the server to the troublesome client.
