GT Armor doesn't work properly with apotheosis

Expected Behavior
Wanted to reforge/add gems to GT armors
Actual Behavior
Basically, any modification to the "stats" (hp, atk, etc) totally deletes armor stat of nano/quark armor

Steps to Reproduce
Take a piece of GT armor and add:
- Any reforge has stat modifiers, so just reforge it
- Gems that modify stats like speed, gravity, hp, armor, toughness, etc etc etc anything that goes in the Apothic Attributes tab when modified
Additional Information
Also applies to Ars Noveau "Mana Boost" and "Mana Regeneration" enchantements, but totally no clue there
