Assembler and Circuit Assembler progress bars are backwards

Expected Behavior
Expected the Circuit Assembler to have the circuit-shaped progress bar.
Actual Behavior
Assemblers have a circuit-shaped progress bar and Circuit assemblers have a "particles forming into arrow" progress bar
Steps to Reproduce
- Make a new world with GT 1.4.4
- Place down an Assembler and Circuit Assembler (any tier)
- Open the GUI of each and see that the progress bars do not match the function of the machine:
