Feature Description

Put white and black list configs for the Item Tag Filter for easier filtering in stuff like ore processing chains, and some confirmation slots to make sure the item filtered does filter.

(make them like the ones from Nomifactory's Ore Dictionary filters)

they more of need to be fixed in the first place they hardly work, it's on the list

Is there a view on when the tag filters will be worked on, I need them really bad for my factory i got a week of work sitting idle because the filter just doens't work.
Is there anything expected to get the filters to a working state?
