Large Gas Turbine does not report EU/t properly in GUI when underfueled

Applied Energistics 2 (v15.2.13), EMI (v1.1.16), Jade (v11.12.1)
Expected Behavior
The Large Gas Turbine reports the correct EU/t it is producing in the GUI.
Actual Behavior
The Large Gas Turbine currently reports the max EU/t as if it were supplied the correct amount of fuel. Jade shows the real value that is being produced.
Steps to Reproduce
- Use a fluid regulator on the input hatch (which is set to working disabled) of a Large Gas Turbine that is set to a low value (eg. 8mb)
- Allow the Large Gas Turbine to spin up to maximum speed
- Check the GUI and compare to Jade
Additional Information
Fluid regulator set to 8mb of Nitrobenzene produces the following:
