Other Installed Mods
No additional mods. Just GregTech Revival 32x 1.19.2-1.20.1-1.21 ver 0.16 Resource Pack.
Expected Behavior
No glitchning
Actual Behavior
Applying a texture pack should not cause the glitching...
Steps to Reproduce
Install 1.20.1 instance
Add GTCEu Modern 1.4.6
Create a LCR
Add a hatch and apply a cover
In the main game (Monifactory) when using an emitter on the controller the glitching also occurs.
Additional Information
I've reported the issue to the Resource pack developer here

The glitching only seems to happen with GT Revival and mostly seems to affect the LCR. I haven't observed issues elsewhere, yet.
This also seems to be quite recent. However, I'd need to check earlier saves/releases to see when this started happening
I would fix the bug if I knew the cause of the problem
the model layers have offset values, by default they're all 0 so they kinda just overlap the texture/other layers and start z-fighting, you can edit the model files and offset the pixel to stop this, this is what gtm main did
From what I can see, items that have animation, in GTCEu, are affected. ABS coils when they're active, hatches with covers, Multiblock controllers with machine controller covers and emitters. Curiously, Crackers, EBF and Pyrolyse coils are not affected. Single block machines with covers and emitters are likewise not affected.
most likely the reason is not in my resource pack, but the gregtech developers should better understand what the reason is
in any case, if the reason is in my textures, then I will fix the bug
but, for now I don't know the reason for this bug
Just wanted to add. The issue is a lot worse that I initially thought. In addition to hatches and machine controllers, it also affects EMI previews (the controller of the machine) as well as coils
